J&J subsidiary LTL Management filed a bankruptcy plan in New Jersey late on Monday that describes how the company intends to pay different types of cancer patients in a bankruptcy settlement. J&J is now willing an offer of $8.9 billion in settlements for all lawsuits.

The involvement of the funders is public information because of a New Jersey court rule requiring the release of certain details about funders outside the state.
